3 Quick & Healthy Vegetarian Recipes

Hello dolls,
I don't know what about you but if I'm really hungry I prefer some really quick recipes because I don't want to cook & wait for too long if all I'm able to think about is FOOD & how HUNGRY I am :-D

This time I've decided to share 3 different really quick & also healthy recipes for your quick snacks/lunches/dinners. I find it really good for hot summer days when you're hungry but you want to eat something light & fresh. Any of those recipes don't contain meat since I'm almost a vegetarian (I eat only chicken & only like once in a few months) but I'm pretty sure you can add some sausages, ham or so as well.
